Free Firebird PHP Generator 7.10 released
| SQL Maestro Group is happy to announce the release of Firebird PHP Generator 7.10, freeware Firebird GUI frontend that allows you to generate high-quality Firebird PHP scripts for the selected tables, views and queries for the further working with these objects through the web. |
New version features:
- BLOB fields now can be represented as pictures. It is also possible to add, edit, and delete the images directly from the generated web application.
- Starting with this version our software allows you to create web-pages with hyperlinks.
- Firebird PHP Generator now supports creation of look up menus based on a custom value list.
- The wizard window becomes resizable. Also it can be maximized or minimized.

MonoDevelop 1.0 Beta 1 released
MonoDevelop 1.0 Beta 1 has been released. This is the first in a series of beta releases that will lead to MonoDevelop 1.0, hopefully around the end of the year. This new release includes support for C/C++ projects, a new Database add-in, and plenty of bug fixes and improvements. More details in the release notes. The Lazarus 0.9.24 release date
One of the best held secrets in the Lazarus community is the release date of Lazarus 0.9.24. Sometimes people ask when the next Lazarus release will be. The only correct answer is: “When it is finished”. And even the Lazarus developers don’t know when that is.

Firebird Maestro 7.9 released

New version features:
- Starting with this version you can reorder columns for existing tables. It is also possible to reorder parameters for a stored procedure.
- Now it is possible to cancel a long running query execution (Firebird 2.1) and data fetching (all Firebird versions).
- The SQL Formatter for DML statements (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE) is fulfilled.
- The UTF8 character set is added to the Create Database Wizard.
- BLOB Viewer: it is now possible to save all BLOBs from a table to a given directory.
- Data Import Wizard: the speed of loading of Excel files has been significantly increased.
