Generally, the RC have been always pretty stable, the question is, when will it be released?

With luck, I would say end of next year, but this is my personal guess
People can speed up the proccess testing the first releases a lot and reporting all the bugs to the Firebird tracker.

To use not earlier than Beta. And RC is better. And I test and I study already now.

The release notes is not ready, so your only option for now is to search in the Firebird tracker.
