PHP Firebird driver 6.1.1-RC.1 is released , Please test thoroughly and report any issues

Changes since v6.1.1-RC.0 :

  • New function ibase_get_client_version()
  • Don’t depend on fb_get_master_interface() and fb_get_statement_interface() at compile time. Rather dynamically check if fbclient has them.
  • Bunch of smaller fixes
