64-bit Visual Studio 2022 is out today!
We couldn’t stay away from this epic release of Visual Studio and happy to provide support for this IDE from our components.
LCPI ADO.NET Provider for OLE DB v1.25.1
This release contains new DDEX providers for Visual Studio 2022.
We ported all DDEX providers, which were created for VS2019 and FW4.5.0/4.6.2/4.7.2/4.8.0, .NET Standard 2.0.
Moreover, we added DDEX provider for FW3.5.
All DDEX providers packaged into VSIX installers and automatically registering in VS2022.
Just remind, previous releases added the ADO.NET provider for NET6, which supports new system data types: DateOnly and TimeOnly.
IBProvider v5.24 and «LCPI OLE DB Services» v1.20
These releases added vc17 assemblies, compiled by a new studio C++ compiler.

We have improved the installer of our ADO.NET provider (v18.104.22.16832 R1). Now it can install and uninstall VSIX packages with DDEX providers himself.

In latest update of our components, we offer support for Visual Studio 2019, which was released a week ago:
- New DDEX providers (v1.12) for our ADO.NET provider (FW4.5, FW4.6.2, FW4.7.2) and VS2019. The installation instruction is the same as for Visual Studio 2017.
- IBProvider v5.3.1 compiled by VS2019 (signature of binaries – vc16)
IBProvider vc16 builds (32/64bit) have gone through load testing, so you can start using them in your solutions without any problems.

If you installed Firebird ADO.NET provider 22.214.171.124 and EntityFramework.Firebird from nuget you also need to add the DDEX provider for Firebird into Visual Studio 2017 following these steps.
A new version of IBProvider (native OLE DB provider for Firebird and InterBase) has been released.
Short list of changes

- Fixed bug in SRP-authentication (FB3, connection type — fb.direct)
