In an effort to increase product stability we are happy to announce the availability of the fourth release candidate for the next release – phpBB 3.0.6.
This fourth release candidate contains mostly regression fixes. Everyone able to should test this release and report critical bugs (those, stopping the operation of the forum) and issues to the bug tracker or directly to the developers.
We are very pleased to announce the availability of the phpBB 3.0.2 package. This version has seen numerous stability fixes, performance tweaks and general bugs fixed. Additionally one minor security-related bug was fixed. [ED:it should work without problems with firebird 2.x]
The forum here is created using the phpBB Software, available on phpbb.com. It is a great and free Open Source Solution and since version 3, it has full support for firebird. This installation uses apache 2.0, phpBB 3.01, php 5.21 and firebird 2.1 on windows 2003 server. Read more
