New firebird packages (1.5.4 final and 2.0.1 RC1) for debian

I’ve prepared next versions of 1.5 and 2.0 packages. Respective versions
are 1.5.4.4910 final release and 2.0.1.12810 release candidate 1.

Please give them a try and report any bugs to me or this list.
