Firebird Foreign Data Wrapper for PostgreSQL Release 0.2.1 is out

New version 0.2.1 is released in the unstable area and here is the ChangeLog:

• Make extension compatible with PostgreSQL 9.2
• Fix some regressions
• Implement basic connection caching
• Fix implicit cast handling
