phpBB 3.0.1 released
phpBB 3.0.1 has just been released, this means some small bug fixes, which were of course necessary in order to ensure the continuous stable release rate of phpBB. The official release topic is posted below.[Ed: phpbb3.0.x runs on firebird > 2.0]
Flamerobin 0.8.6 officially accepted in ubuntu hardy

IBProvider comes to 64 bits
New IBProvider v3.0 RC2 [build 3997] for 64 bits operational systems has been released.
Also the related article 10 reasons to upgrade Interbase and Firebird application to 64 bits was published.
NHibernate 2.0 Alpha is out!
It gives me great pleasure to announce that NHiberante 2.0 Alpha 1 was released last night and can be downloaded from this location.
We call this alpha, but many of us are using this in production, so we are really certain in its stability. The reason that this is an alpha is that we have made a lot of changes in the last nine months (since the last release), and we want to get more real world experience before we ship this. Recent estimates are of about 100,000 lines of code has changed since the last release.
MacOSXintel32-port of FreeAdhocUDF
Today, 2008-03-28, we published a 32bit-Intel-MacOSX port of FreeAdhocUDF ready for download. Many thanks to Paul Beach for helping and compiling.
Also, for special issues, a SuSe10-FireBird 1.5 port could be downloaded.
ADOdb-5.04a for php5 released
ADOdb is a PHP & Python database class library to provide more powerful abstractions for performing queries and managing databases. ADOdb also hides the differences between the different databases so you can easily switch dbs without changing code.
